Production of the Plastic Finger Guard is vertically integrated: winding, impeller balancing, assembly and burn-in happen in-house, and each unit is functionally tested before shipment. Samples are validated at your stated duty point so the mass-production curve matches what you measured.

Yes. Plastic Finger Guard runs directly on 110 V / 220 V AC, 50/60 Hz — no external power supply or driver is needed, which simplifies wiring inside cabinets and appliances.
AC fans run at a fixed speed determined by mains frequency. If you need variable speed, we can quote an EC version of the same frame size with 0–10 V or PWM control.
Plastic Finger Guard uses a certified running capacitor matched to the winding. Replacements are available from us; we do not recommend third-party capacitors with different capacitance or voltage ratings.
Yes. Plastic Finger Guard is designed for continuous duty in machine cabinets, welding equipment and workshop panels, with 100 % aging test before packing and an expected L10 life of about 30,000–40,000 h.
